All our packages and rates are public so you can plan beforehand.
Monthly Support Packages
Discounted monthly retained hours for non-urgent issues, upgrades and enhancements.
Hours over limit are billed with ad-hoc rate (€130 / hour).
Retainer packages
Discounted packaged hours for non-urgent issues, upgrades and enhancements. Can also be used for P1 / P2 incidents with a best effort approach.
Annual Maintenance SLAs
Umbraco Support for mission-critical websites that require guaranteed response times, covered by an SLA during extended support hours (09:00 - 19:00 EET) but not stopping there.
All packages except Basic also include monthly or bi-monthly detailed checks and reports by our engineers, as well as proactive maintenance actions: We continuously investigate, discover and fix issues before they can become critical.
For all packages, a full-time resource (best engineer for the type of issue) is assigned to the incident within one (1) business hour after response and until the issue is resolved.
